Introducing the ERO Grapeliner self-propelled grape harvester.
The ERO Grapeliner employs a number of unique systems that set it apart from other harvesters.
Among these is the unique single conveyor system. The single conveyor separates the machine into two sides. A “clean side” and an engine & hydraulic side. By having a clear distinction between the two sides the ERO greatly reduces the possibility of fruit contamination.
The Grapeliner also possesses a unique cross air system that eliminates falling leaves during the picking process to prevent them from mixing with the fruit and juice. Fruit flows past an additional bottom and top fan for further cleaning and is then conveyed into the patented Bucher destemming system.
As whole berries are destemmed they fall through the destemmer onto a roller sorting table to further remove jacks, stems and petioles. This leaves whole berries and juice to be transported to either the 1500 liter side dumping bin or the unload conveyor which are all located on the clean side of the machine. These unique features, which allow a grower to harvest clean fruit, and the flexibility to unload in different fashions help make the ERO Grapeliner the new standard in automated grape harvesting.
